The HRIS AAPNA app is an effort to extend the AAPNA PMS Web App to the mobile platform and thus bypassing the need for a static workstation for carrying out these operations like Apply for Leave, get notifications for Employees on leave, Birthday calendar and notifications, Annual holidays etc.
Challenge
AAPNA PMS is a web-based tool which is being used by AAPNA team to apply leave or receive birthday or holiday notifications only when they login from their workstation.
This is a time-consuming activity and causes delay for employees to apply for a leave, in case of emergency.
