AAPNA saw dreams for its team which got accomplished in 2021. Let’s take a walk through of AAPNA achievements.
AAPNA took a major step by completely going virtual and starting the culture of Work From Home, for everyone. This change attracted employees from various regions of India and spread diversification within the organization.
To make WFH a success, HR played a pivotal role by introducing various initiatives for employee welfare.
2021 for all AAPNAites was an year to celebrate and to feel proud off when AAPNA Infotech was appraised to CMMI Maturity Level 3. Another feather in AAPNA’s cap when we got the prestigious Great Place to Work certificate positioning us strongly to be rated among the top 100 Best places to Work 2020 – 2021. Another success which got added in our achievements list was AAPNA becoming UiPath Registered Partner. This placed us in select group of companies showing strong capabilities in UiPath.
While the world economy slowed down due to the COVID pandemic, AAPNA continued its impressive run and managed to bag many prestigious projects like UN Fiji, TEE Time Aggregator, Hubspot customizations, and lots more.
“All work and No play will make you sad and grey”… For the employees working remotely to be able to have fun and make work pleasurable , AAPNA launched a unique Online Gaming Platform, Fundoo Friday. This platform helps HR of companies to schedule various games and fun activities for its employees. AAPNA has been approached by many companies who had shown keen interest in this product due to its massive appeal.
AAPNA gained popularity in the IT world with the interviews of our leaders by popular business magazines like Skillfront, CXO Outlook, Dataquest, CEO Insights, ZEE5, ANI, The Press and Business Standard
With the establishment of AAPNA office in Australia, we started the promotion of RPA through virtual webinars on “Empowering your business with Intelligent Automation”, where we collaborated with various industry experts. Audiences from various parts of the world attended these webinars to make it a success.
