VARDI KA SAMMAN

When considering patriotism, our Jawans are the first to come to mind. AAPNA had the opportunity to support these warriors’ families through collaboration with Vardi Ka Samman, an NGO founded by retired Army officers..

Old defense uniforms are repurposed into usable products for the underprivileged. During the pandemic, AAPNA purchased masks and bags from an NGO for Commandos, directing funds to the Martyrs Fund, addressing employment and environmental issues, and receiving positive feedback.

SEEYAHI FOUNDATION

AAPNA backed an Enactus initiative at Kirori Mal College (DU) by procuring pens crafted from upcycled paper by Seeyahi Foundation.

These eco-friendly pens minimize plastic consumption, repurpose waste paper, and include a seed for planting. Handcrafted by marginalized women, the pens foster financial independence and advocate for environmental sustainability.
