The year 2022 was full of fun and competition, several initiatives for the team and for noble causes, new projects, international travel, awards, recognition and media coverage and the most happening, unforgettable event – AAPNA Annual Day.
Let’s take a glimpse of few memorable moments:
MAGIC IN GOA 2022
We started the year with a long awaited annual day at “Tourist’s Paradise’, Goa. We named it “Magic In Goa“. The 3 day event was full of company updates, leaders’ presentations, cultural skits and activities, and awards to all the deserving Commandos. Vineet Tyagi was the recipient of The Champion of Champions Award.
An emotional moment was when our CEO, Abhijit Roy, received the standing ovation from the commandos as he was bestowed with the award – Mentor of Mentors while our CHRO, Sanghamitra Roy, was awarded with the Pearl of Excellence award.
AWARDS & RECOGNITION
AAPNA added many awards to its already growing list this year. Abhijit Roy was honored with “ET Inspiring Leaders – North 2022”, in the field of Fintech Software Development. He was also recognized as the “The Most Influential Business Leaders”, by Insight Success for his views, vision and future ideas on building AAPNA as a great company.
Our team got recognized as the Finest 500 App Developers and AAPNA became 100% Six Sigma Lean certified company.
PROJECTS
AAPNA continued its impressive run and won several projects. To name a few, we started working with a Petrochemical company in Oman developing the web portal for their new technology department. A startup client,IOTAS, was recently acquired by ADT which is one of the largest security companies in the US. Our team is engaged with several projects on mobile development, QA, Java, etc.
CSR INITIATIVES
AAPNA is proud to collaborate with various NGOs like Sanskriti, Punar Jagran Samiti, NavGurukul Foundation of Social Welfare, Vardi Ka Samman, Seeyahi Foundation, Cankids Kidscan and Asmat India – Time to Rise. Each Teach Initiative in collaboration with Sanskriti is a step taken to educate the budding commandos of the NGO.
AAPNA Commandos have shown great enthusiasm to be part of several noble causes and activities planned with these NGOs and contribute in making a difference.
INTERNATIONAL TRIPS
After a gap of almost 2 years due to the pandemic, we once again began international travel. Our leaders traveled to US to meet our top existing clients. Vineet Tyagi traveled to Dubai to attend GITEX 2022 meet and had discussions with several potential customers. He also traveled to Singapore for expanding our networking base to find business opportunities.
MEDIA COVERAGE
AAPNA received considerable media coverage and exposure across print and online channels. Abhijit Roy was interviewed by popular business magazines like Marg News and Insights Success. Our company got featured in ANI News and Times of India. Our article on smart virtual company got published in DataQuest and Great Companies magazines.
HR INITIATIVES
AAPNA HR did not leave any stone unturned to give an awesome work experience to our commandos, who are working tirelessly to take the company to the next level. Several Special Benefits were rolled out for the team in the year 2022 which were appreciated by everyone. The commandos got a golden chance to go on “Team Retreats” with their leaders for fun activities and business discussions.
Competitions like Virtual Ramayan, Chess and Rangoli Competitions and AAPNA Olympics were launched which saw very enthusiastic participation by all AAPNAites.
