I am writing this note, to explain, why we used the word relationship in our mission statement. We created our mission statement about 4 years back. While creating our mission statement, the team put a lot of focus on our core beliefs, and after some deliberations, we narrowed down to two words, that we were all passionate about – Relationship and Quality. Needless to say, that AAPNA Infotech is and always will be a Technology company, and so that became the third keyword in our mission statement. The word “Relationship” often gets used so much, that it has lost its sheen. However, at AAPNA, we have a long list of stories, on how relationship plays a major role in our organization. First, AAPNA Infotech is an inward looking organization. Which means, that at it’s core, we believe that the people working at AAPNA are the most important part of the organization, not the client. I have had innumerable arguments with people, who say that client is “KING”, and is the most important person for the organization. However, we believe in that AAPNA is for AAPNAites. With this belief in place, everything we do is focussed towards maximizing benefit to the people of the organization. This long term and deep rooted belief, has ensured that the “HAPPINESS INDEX” in the organization is high, and people for the satisfaction of doing so. The result is a lot more focus, and much more attention to the people we serve – the clients. Countless testimonials from our clients will reveal the amount of passion that AAPNAites bring to the table with regarding the customer service. This is the reason, why we have far better retention rates that typical companies in our industry, and this extends to our clients as well. One such example is below –
How do we do it – At AAPNA we have several activities built around people engagement. One such activity is our tea time. At AAPNA, two times in the day, we have tea time. During this time, we have tea/coffee served at our common area, and the entire team moves to the common area for few minutes of relaxation. Whereas, this may sound like a very simple activity, over a period of time, this has become a much liked cornerstone of what AAPNA is all about. For that matter, people have actually written articles about the tea time. Not once, but multiple time – I am just linking to one such example – My Experience In AAPNA Infotech
I can go on and on, about what else we do to build strong relationships, but in today’s fast paced world, I won’t take any further time of yours.
