At AAPNA, we believe in holistic development of the society. As our commitment to contribute towards creating equal opportunities and inclusive environment for everyone. We believe that an accessible digital environment is one of the key pillars in achieving that goal. Following are some of the steps that we have taken as our contribution towards our CSR commitments fulfilment:
AAPNA Collaboration with Sanskriti
Sanskriti is an initiative to educate people in the rural areas, setting up libraries and supporting them financially. AAPNA, has always been a facilitator in bringing a change in society, and hence collaborated with Sanskriti Society in June 2022.
Book and Stationary collection drive for kids has been a great effort to provide kids with basic non-academic books and items of stationary required to study.
Each Teach Initiative
Launched in Jan 2023 Each Teach is an initiative where AAPNA commandos volunteered to teach kids from grade 2nd to 8th, virtually. The sessions were conducted for both academic and non-academic areas, which was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by kids.
The sessions were conducted over weekends for Jan – Feb 2023 and has been a catalyst in raising awareness levels for kids and engagement level for AAPNAites.
NavGurukul Foundation of Social Welfare
AAPNA also contributed generously to NavGurukul Foundation of Social Welfare. The contribution was used to teach programming to underprivileged students to better their employability and quality of life.
Punar Jagran Samiti
We all agree “Right To Education” is every child’s fundamental right. It is on us what and how we contribute in grooming the children’s future.
AAPNA Infotech feels proud being a part of this noble cause, by contributing for the children of “Punar Jagran Samiti”. This Samiti works towards the child education and help these children to be someone they look upon.
Vardi Ka Samman
When we talk about patriotism, and country, the first thought that comes across is of our Jawans.
AAPNA got an opportunity to help these warriors’ families by getting introduced to an NGO – Vardi Ka Samman – which is Start-up by Retired Army Officers. Turning Old Defence Uniforms into Usable Products for the underprivileged.
In unprecedented covid times, we supported this NGO by purchasing masks and bags for our Commando and getting them delivered to the comfort of their homes, and the amount we paid to them against our purchase was directed to the Martyrs fund.
With this small contribution of ours, we have tried to address an employment issue and environment conversation.
The feedback received from our commandos of products is very satisfying and everyone says that “we own a part of our Jawans and are really proud of it”.
Syahi
AAPNA contributed to an initiative by Enactus – an international non-profit organization with Kirori Mal College (DU) – Syahi, for our office use, we purchased their pens which are made with upcycled paper, thus, preventing the extensive use of plastic and not only reuses waste paper but also gives you an opportunity to plant trees, as it contains a seed at its rear- end
Syahi pens are especially hand-crafted by a marginalized community of women and through Syahi, these women have got the opportunity to achieve financial independence, contribute to supporting their families, and break free from the stranglehold of patriarchy
Cankids & AAPNA
An initiative for the cancer-stricken kids of India.
Kids with cancer deserve the right to health’ – The thought that made AAPNA think and decide to support this noble cause. Cankids has been enabling children and families to fight cancer since 2004
AAPNA, in November 2021, conducted a ‘No Shave November initiative’. Under this, AAPNAites were requested to give up on shaving and self-grooming for a month, and the saved amount, matched with AAPNA Management, would be contributed to Cankids Organization.
